Jana Rogge
Jana Rogge is a German remote viewer, author, RV researcher and graphic designer. She is the current Editor of the Aperture magazine, published by the International Remote Viewing Association (IRVA). Jana runs several projects in the RV field, such as the PSI.vision Institute, and recently co-founded a publishing house focused on publications in the parapsychology and edge science domain.

Paul H. Smith
A retired Major in the United States Army, Paul was a seven-year veteran of the military remote viewing program, and author of the remote-viewing program’s Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV) Training Manual. The longest serving Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) teacher active today, he is president of RVIS, Inc. in Cedar City, Utah.

William (Bill) Ray
Bill spent over three and a half years as a remote viewer with the remote viewing unit at Fort George G. Meade. For 18 months of that time he lead the unit as its commander. He is one of five Star Gate military remote viewing program viewers trained by Hal Puthoff and Ingo Swann, the creators of remote viewing.

Thomas (Tom) M. McNear
Tom McNear was the first member of the Army Star Gate program to be personally trained in Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV) by Ingo Swann and the only member Swann trained through Stage VII; he was the “proof of principle guinea pig.” In 1985 Tom wrote the first CRV manual, Coordinate Remote Viewing Stages I–VI and Beyond, based on his training with Ingo Swann.

Jessica Utts
Jessica Utts is Professor Emerita of Statistics at the University of California, Irvine. She spent a year as a Visiting Scientist with the Remote Viewing Program at SRI International in 1988–89 and was a consultant for the duration of the program at SRI and SAIC. Dr. Utts was one of the evaluators of the government remote viewing program when it was declassified in 1995.

Erik Bard
Plasma physicist Erik Bard is the Chief Scientist on Skinwalker Ranch. As the principal investigator Erik leads the Team in investigating the Unknown and is credited for his military level surveillance systems.

Leo Ruickbie
Dr. Leo Ruickbie is current Director of the Bigelow Institute for Consciousness Studies. He is a British historian and sociologist of religion, specializing in consciousness studies, exceptional experiences, paranormal beliefs, magic, witchcraft and Wicca. He is the author of several monographs on parapsychological, paranormal and supernatural topics.

Jeffrey Mishlove
Jeffrey Mishlove, PhD, host the New Thinking Allowed channel on YouTube. He is the Grand Prize winner of the 2021 Bigelow Institute essay competition regarding the best evidence for survival of human consciousness after permanent bodily death. Jeff is the recipient of the only doctoral diploma in “Parapsychology” ever awarded by an accredited, American university.
